    I am writing in regards to the care I receive at Dr. Courtney’s office. First I love Dr. Courtney, he treats me and my family with empathy and respect. We can turn to him with all of our needs. And boy have we had some needs. I think he has replaced my 17 year olds front teeth at least three times. Myself, I have been going to Dr. Courtney for ten years. Some of my fillings and crowns are that old and still going strong. A lot of times my needs get pushed to the side over my family’s and Dr. Courtney never pressures me. He understands that sometimes dental work can be a luxury.

    The office staff are great as well. I really appreciate the way Phyllis treats each of us. She is always finding time and listening to us. I must admit that we are not always the best patients.. The girls in the front are great as well as the dentist helpers. I always recommend Dr. Courtney and his practice to everyone I meet. I would not go anywhere else.

    I thank god for the opportunity to have you as my dentist. After not having such a great expiriance with dentists in the past, I feel comfortable in having found a great dentist in you. I would also like to share with you that your staff is very welcoming and friendly. In particular Mrs. Kettie made me feel at home by speaking my native language. The hygientist was also very nice and sweet. And I only have good things to say about the receptionist and Mrs. Courtney for they have been good to me. And beside your staff your new office is very welcoming. Thank you for your time, efforts, concerns and cares. Thank you for trying to keep my smile as nice and healthy as possible.
